A note about new CDPAP regulations

New regulations are being introduced in New York state that will require all CDPAP caregivers to work under a single agency. This change may result in delays, backlogs, or other challenges during the transfer process.

At Link Homecare, we’re committed to helping you navigate this transition and want to offer you a solution to stay with our agency instead of being forced to transfer. We’re here to support you through this change.

In the following questions we seek to learn how to best support you during this time period.
